Shipping & Returns

We offer two (2) shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. 

1. Standard shipping: Standard shipping will be free of charge every day on every order (no minimum).  If standard shipping is selected, your order may be shipped via a variety of carriers and take approximately 7~20 business days depending on the destination. Please allow us for 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) to prepare your package after the order being placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.

2. Expedited Shipping: If you want to get your package sooner, you can select the Expedited Shipping method at checkout, which will cost extra money depending on your destination and weight of package. If expedited shipping is selected, your order will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or other express delivery services, and take approximately 5~7 days to arrive. Please allow us for 1~2 business days (excluding holidays) to prepare your package after the order being placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number. 

Returns:

If you are having second thoughts on your product, you can easily return it.
Simply contact support@waaagpet.com to start a return, our team will assist you.

- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

- The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition.

- Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

- The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
